Here at The Gourmet Spot we believe in using the best local produce wherever possible with a modern European approach. Although the majority of our produce is British we do use certain items from around the world using different influences in our cooking techniques.
Our Head Chef Stephen Hardy takes great care in keeping the menus seasonal and tries to source as many ingredients as possible locally, within a 30 mile radius.
The Restaurant is headed by our Manager
Brian Shaw.
